Return Request

Products that are unopened and purchased within the previous six months of the Return Authorization request, may be returned with a restocking fee of 15% applied. Products that have been opened are non-returnable. Configurable products are nonreturnable. Cards, shipped either as card kits or installed in chassis, are not returnable unless they were shipped as card kits and are unopened from the carton.

Please complete the form provided as completely as possible. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly email you an authorization number, along with comprehensive instructions on sending your product back to the appropriate address for the return.

We can only process returns for items that show no signs of wear and tear, and they must be returned with all the original contents and packaging (clean of markings and labels). Biamp will assess the eligibility for credit upon inspection of the returned goods. Please note that an additional restocking fee might apply.

*Please Note: Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 90 days from issuance. Returns not received by Biamp within that period will need a new authorization.
